Trailer Thoughts: Slumdog Millionaire

This we, we will look at the trailer for the film that won the People’s Choice award at this year’s Toronto Film Festival.

Slumdog Millionaire

More than anything, this collaboration between Danny Boyle and Indian director Loveleen Tandan might result in bring Who Wants to be a Millionaire back into the public consciousness.

This story about a poor Indian teen’s rise on the show looks to be one off those “feel good” movies.

It’s also a different type of film for Boyle, whose films tend to have bigger budgets these days (the exception being 2004’s Millions).

I am definitely interested in checking this film out when it opens later this month.
