Trailer Thoughts: The Princess and the Frog

This week we look at the trailer for the first traditionally animated Disney film in five years.

The Princess and the Frog

This trailer makes a point to look back at the history Disney had with its traditionally cell-animated feature-length animated films, before the studio started concentrating exclusively on CGI films. Now, half a decade after the last traditional animated film(Home on the Range) comes The Princess and the Frog.

This teaser trailer doesn’t reveal too much of the plot, however it looks to be a Cajun twist on the story of the Frog Prince.

Even though I probably outgrew such films, it’s great that the traditional animated films are making a return. The film opens in November.
