UpPoster 1The big selling point of the latest Disney/Pixar film is that it is the first such film to be shown in 3D. However, since pretty much every animated film is shown in 3D these days, that is not a surprise.

One thing that was surprising about is how dramatic it was during the opening montage detailing the protagonist Carl Fredricksen's life.

However, that melodrama soon turns into an adventure film as Fredricksen uses 10,000 balloons to fly his house to South America.

I don't think the film was able to top the awe of last year's Wall-E, but it was still a fun film that was quite entertaining.
