My Thoughts on Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince

As the end of the series approaches, it seems that the main point of this film was to set-up a final chapter so large that it had to be split into two movies.

This was definitely the darkest of the Harry Potter films, complete what will probably be the biggest downer ending of the series.

However, even the lesser Harry Potter films are still engrossing film, and I have to say I enjoyed myself.

I saw the film in IMAX, in which the opening was in 3D. It kind of confused me why they chose the beginning, when the end would have been a more natural choice. It was a nice bonus though.

Hopefully, there will be no more delays and we can begin the conclusion when the first part of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows is released late next year.
