This highschool-set film noir story was definitely one of the most original films to come about this decade. The film also worked to bring Joseph Gordon-Levitt back from relative obscurity after the end of the sitcom Third Rock from the Sun. He had gone on to start in many indie films (including one of my favourite films from this year – (500) Days of Summer).
Brick is one of the unique films you will see and it is definitely worth a watch.
