2012 Golden Globes “Predictions”

Despite my rant earlier today, I decided that I will indeed watch the Golden Globes.  I’m going to post my “predictions” here as a formality, even though I’m not going to put too much thought into them.  As such, it will definitely be interesting how many of these I actually get right.  Expect the wrap-up tomorrow. My “Predictions”:

  • Best Picture – Drama: Lincoln
  • Best Picture – Musical/Comedy: Les Misérables
  • Best Actor – Drama: Daniel Day-Lewis
  • Best Actress – Drama: Jessica Chastain
  • Best Actor – Musical/Comedy: Hugh Jackman
  • Best Actress – Musical/Comedy: Jennifer Lawrence
  • Best Supporting Actor: Philip Seymour Hoffman
  • Best Supporting Actress: Anne Hathaway
  • Best Director: Stephen Spielberg
  • Best Screenplay: Django Unchained
  • Best Song: Skyfall
  • Best Score: Life of Pi
  • Best Animated Film: Frankenweenie
  • Best Foreign-Language Film: Amour
