It's been a while since I had the time to post news stories. I suppose a good story to report is that Brad Bird (known previously for the animated films The Iron Giant, The Incredibles, and Ratatouille) has officially signed on to direct the fourth film in the Mission: Impossible franchise.
The first will once again star Tom Cruise and it will be produced by, the previous film's director, J.J. Abrams. The film set to be released on December 16, 2011.
It will be interesting to see what Bird does with his first live action film.
