Movie News Worth Sharing – James Bond Rumours, Dora the Explorer Film, Gal Gadot Voice Casting

After a many month absence, I am back to rounding up some of the interesting movie news headlines.

• Probably the top movie news item are the reports that Idris Elba is in the running to replace Daniel Craig as James Bond. He has been a fan favourite to be the first black actor to play the role. However, with Daniel Craig set to play Bond one last time next year, the question is whether Elba's age will become an issue by the time it comes to recast the role.
• The first photo has been posted from a live action film currently in production, based on the popular children's show Dora the Explorer. The film is directed by James Bobin (The Muppets) it is stars Isabela Moner (Transformers: The Last Knight) in the titular role.
• It has been announced that that Wonder Woman star Gal Gadot will be voicing a role in Disney Animated Studios' film Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2. Gadot will be voicing a character named Shank, who is described as a badass racer. With Gadot being an alumnus from the Fast & Furious series, the role seems quite suited for her.
