BiographyVolker Michalowski, professionally known as Volker Zack, is a German actor, musician, and comedian. He began his artistic journey with musical training in flute and cello, later performing in bands like "Bonbon," "Duesan Rapid," and "Fehlschicht." He studied at the Hamburg University of Fine Arts from 1996 to 2001. Zack gained prominence with his own comedy show, "Zack - Comedy nach Maß," on Sat.1, where he performed approximately 1,500 sketches over five seasons. His filmography includes roles in "Inglourious Basterds" (2009), "The Lives of Others" (2006), and "The Grand Budapest Hotel" (2014). He has also been involved in theater productions, such as portraying Egon Olsen in "Die Olsenbande dreht durch" at the Boulevardtheater Dresden.
