Fan Expo 2012 Day 3: Showcase Panels Rule

On a Saturday that was so busy that I could barely move, I spent most of the day check out Q&A panels.  I ended up getting good seats for both of the panels for Showcase television shows that were happening.  The first panel was for Lost Girl, a show that has become so big in the last year, that the panel was moved into the main room.

The second Showcase-related panel was for the new science fiction show Continuum, which was literally just renewed for a second season.  The cast of the show features some familiar faces for genre fans, including (G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra), Erik Knudsen (Scream 4), and William B. Davis (The X-Files).  Afterwards, the cast held an autograph session right inside the panel room, which resulted in a slight delay (and confusion) for people that wanted to come in for the Q&A with Jon Bernthal and Norman Reedus of The Walking Dead (which I also decided to check out).

I left the convention centre early to head to the Bell Lightbox for a special screening of Candyman, with star in attendance for a Q&A afterwards.

Today is the last day of Fan Expo and it features my two must-see panels with John Carpenter and .
