Beginning tonight, I will be heading to the Bloor Hot Docs Cinema to check out the epic 15 hour documentary The Story of Film: An Odyssey. The Bloor has it scheduled that two episodes will play every Sunday evening (repeating Tuesday). The series will play every week until mid-November, breaking only for the Toronto After Dark Film Festival. I bought myself a series pass and plan to commit myself to all 15 hours of this documentary, which will definitely quite a task. I will post thoughts on each episode as I watch them and I will sum up the series as a whole at the very end. It’s definitely going to be an interesting 8 weeks.
