Well, it is time for the big one. James Cameron‘s Avatar is released today and I myself plan on seeing it later this afternoon (in IMAX 3D). The reviews are quite good with the film currently sporting a 81% Fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes.
As for the counter-programming this week, the romantic comedy Did You Hear About the Morgans? is receiving terrible reviews with only an 8% Fresh rating.
In limited release, Crazy Heart is getting the best reviews of the week with a 96% Fresh rating.
