I’ve been going through the Film Festival schedule to earmark films to buy tickets for. However, thanks to my volunteer shifts and school (as well as sold out screenings) the amount of films that I have to choose are very limited.
I’m going by the philosophy of “the later the better” to choose films. That is, the later the film is in the festival, the better the chance there will still be tickets when I exchange my vouchers. Speaking of my volunteer vouchers, I’m pretty pessimistic that I will be able to redeem all of them for films. It’s a good thing that they could also be exchanged for swag and cinemateque screenings.
As for films I’ve earmarked, the current top choice is the horror-comedy “Severence,” which has a screening on Saturday afternoon. In total, I earmarked a total of six films that are screening on Saturday and haven’t yet sold out. Hopefully, at least one of them will still be available when I next go to redeem my vouchers on Wednesday or Thursday.
