Classic Thoughts: National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation

If there’s a holiday film that I enjoy watching year in and year out, it is this one.

This was the third film of the Vacation series staring Chevy Chase. The film deals with with Chase’s Clark Griswold trying to organize the perfect family Christmas.

As usually the case with these types of films, everything that can go wrong does, leading to the Vacation convention of Griswold just losing it at the end.

This film is definitely a holiday classic for me, and I look forward to seeing it again and again for many years to come.
