Continuum Panel |
On a Saturday that was so busy that I could barely move, I spent most of the day check out Q&A panels. I ended up getting good seats for both of the panels for Showcase television shows that were happening. The first panel was for Lost Girl, a show that has become so big in the last year, that the panel was moved into the main room.
The second Showcase-related panel was for the new science fiction show Continuum, which was literally just renewed for a second season. The cast of the show features some familiar faces for genre fans, including Rachel Nichols (G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra), Erik Knudsen (Scream 4), and William B. Davis (The X-Files). Afterwards, the cast held an autograph session right inside the panel room, which resulted in a slight delay (and confusion) for people that wanted to come in for the Q&A with Jon Bernthal and Norman Reedus of The Walking Dead (which I also decided to check out).
I left the convention centre early to head to the Bell Lightbox for a special screening of Candyman, with star Tony Todd in attendance for a Q&A afterwards.
Today is the last day of Fan Expo and it features my two must-see panels with John Carpenter and Christopher Lloyd.
