This week sees the release of The Reader (also on Blu-Ray), which won Kate Winslet the Best Actress Oscar. I thought that this was a decent film, though I thought that Winslet had more a supporting role and that the Oscar was better deserved for Revolutionary Road.
Also out this week is The Spirit (also on Blu-Ray), which I skipped in its theatrical run due to poor reviews, but may eventually give it a shot.
The Blu-Ray releases this week include Mean Girls, 8 Mile, The Last Kiss, Terminator 2 Complete Collector’s Set.
