Lisa Barrett-Brown
 
Biography Lisa Barrett-Brown is a successful British Actress and Artist living in the United States. Her love of acting began as a young child growing up in England. She initially performed on stage with amateur dramatic societies, but after winning several awards she started acting professionally, touring with the well known murder mystery company Cloak and Dagger. Lisa grew up with very creative parents. Her mother, Diana Bernice Tackley, is an accomplished fine artist, and her father, Paul Barrett-Brown, is a creative engineer and FX costume fabricator, well known for his work on the Batman movies, creating the Bat Suits for Michael Keaton and Val Kilmer and the Cat Woman costume for Michelle Pfeiffer. At the age of 16, Lisa got to (unofficially) work with her dad on the set of the Batman when it was filmed at Pinewood studios in England. Lisa says of the experience "I have fond memories of sitting on the set of the The Flugelheim Museum stitching carbon fiber rods into the bat-cape while watching Jack Nicholson film his scenes." It was at this point that Lisa fell in love with the movie industry. Lisa's first feature film role was that of "Mistress Vanessa" in the movie "Discipline" starring Courtney Gains, which was filmed on location in Hollywood. The movie gained notoriety for taking so long to make, and even became the subject of a documentary. In addition to acting Lisa is a full-time artist and effects fabricator. One of her more notable projects was to create three officially lic  (click to expand) ensed full-sized thrones for the world premiere of HBO's Game of Thrones: House of the Dragon. She also created make-up f/x for the red carpet premiere of AMC's Fear The Walking Dead: Survival attraction at Fremont Street, Las Vegas. She has worked on many projects for Cirque du Soleil including for shows Zarkana, KA and LOVE. Other projects include work for Criss Angel's show (at the Luxor), CW TV's Penn & Teller: Fool Us, and magician David Copperfield, just to name a few. Recent work includes scenic art for the upcoming Rick Kramien magic production "Shazam" Lisa also has experience working as an artist in the music industry. Projects include creating 50 foot tall flaming volcanoes for "Lost Lands Music Festival" and creating artwork on guitars for clients such as Christian Brady and Zakk Wylde. She has also worked with guitarist DJ Ashba (Guns N Roses, Sixx:A.M.), Steve Aoki, Shaquille O'Neal, Excision, In This Moment, and Skillet. As an actress, artist, and creator, Lisa's passion for her craft is unwavering. One of Lisa's regular clients is world famous magician David Copperfield, who is quoted to have said "Lisa Is Creative and Dedicated To A Consistent Level of Excellence."
