BiographyDean Lewis is best known for his global multi-platinum singles "Waves," "Be Alright," and "7 Minutes," as well as his 2019 album A Place We Knew. With over 7 billion streams and 3.6M+ albums and EPs sold worldwide, he was welcomed into the Spotify Billions Club. Dean hit #1 at Hot AC Radio in the USA with his 2018 single "Be Alright," which was certified 11x platinum in Australia, triple platinum in the USA, platinum in the UK and platinum+ in 22 other countries. He has won multiple APRA Awards and a 2020 ASCAP Award for Most Performed Song in the USA. In 2019 Dean played over 200 shows including a sold out USA and Australian National Tour, the AFL Grand Final, and main stage at Splendour in the Grass. That same year he was recognized as an Apple Next Up Artist, and took home an ARIA award for Album of the Year and Best New Artist.
