Jeffrey Ortiz
BiographyJeffrey Morgan Ortiz was born on May 22, 1955 in Oxnard, California the first of three (3) children. He grew up in Fresno, California and attended California State University, Fresno graduating in 1980. Following graduation, he then served in the United States Air Force as an officer and in Spokane, Washington serving as a Radar Navigator on B-52s honorably separating in 1990. He then continued his career in public service as a Firefighter and practiced real estate until retiring in 2005. Jeffrey has been married to Kelly Williams since 2008 and has one daughter (Lauren, born 1989). His hobbies include golf, skiing, swimming and sailing.
