Even though he won Oscars the next year for Million Dollar Baby, I believe that this is the best film Clint Eastwood has directed this decade. It gave him his first nomination since Unforgiven and it resulted in both Sean Penn and Tim Robbins winning Oscars (Robbins performance is especially haunting).
This crime drama is definitely one worth watching.
