Box Office Thoughts for the Weekend of April 10, 2009

HannahMontanaTheMoviePosterAs proof that pre-teen girls equal box office gold, Hannah Montana: The Movie topped the box office with a gross of $32.3M. Last week’s top film, Fast and Furious dropped to second place with a gross of $27.2M.

As for the other new releases Observe and Report opened in forth place with a gross of $11M and Dragonball: Evolution opened in eighth place with a gross of $4.8M

And that’s the box office thoughts for this week.
