Steve Martin returns for his second outing as Inspector Jacques Clouseau in this week’s trailer.
I remember being slightly underwhelmed at the trailers for the first film, but ended up being greatly entertained by the film itself.
That positive experience has made me a bit more accepting of Steve Martin filling in Peter Seller’s shoes and this funny trailer does nothing to contradict those thoughts.
While it seems like it just recycles the plot of the first film with new characters and new slapstick situations for Clouseau, it does look like a funny film to see in the cold of February.
