The 80th Annual Academy Awards are this coming Sunday and I am going to make posts all week to celebrate.
Tomorrow, we will start things off with my history with the Oscars, where I will look back at when I started watching and I will tally how many of my Best Picture predictions were correct.
Wednesday will feature the first edition of my revisits of the last three Best Picture winners. Wednesdays film will be Million Dollar Baby.
Thursday will include a brief look back at Oscar hosts.
Friday will feature the second Best Picture revisit, as I take look at Crash.
The Best Picture revisits will conclude on Saturday, as I talk about The Departed.
Finally on Sunday before the big show, I will post my predictions for this year’s awards.
It’s going to be a busy week.
