Oscar Week ’10: The Films I Missed – A Serious Man

ASeriousMan

Out of all the Best Picture nominees I missed, this is the film I most wished I’d seen.

A combination of a limited theatrical run and a lack of time caused me to miss this film’s theatrical run.  It’s a shame, since I’ve become quite a fan of the Coen Brother’s previous films.

The Coens won Best Picture two years ago for No Country for Old Men, but this film, which is a dark comedy, seems to be much different in tone to that film.

It is definitely certain that I will eventually see this film, though I doubt that it will happen before the Oscars.
