For better or worse, Tony Robbins: I Am Not Your Guru shows exactly what it is like to attend one of Tony Robbins’ seminars. As such, your opinion on the film will highly depend on how you think of the guy. This is definitely not the typical type of documentary Joe Berlinger is known for and I Am Not Your Gury actually feels quite formulaic at times, especially in how each day focuses on a single one-on-one intervention Robbins makes with an audience member. When it all comes down to it, Tony Robbins: I Am Not Your Guru will either leave you feeling inspired or have you running away in fear.
