Here is what I have on the radar for the coming week.
New Releases
- Wrath of the Titans (March 30) – I’ve already preordered the IMAX ticket to see this film this afternoon. Apparently the 3D is better than the first (post-converted) film.
- Jiro Dreams of Sushi (TBD) – I’ve been meaning to see this documentary at the Bell Lightbox for a while and I might finally check it out sometime during the week.
Repertory
- The Bad Lieutenant: Port of Call – New Orleans (March 31) – It’s been a few weeks since I last saw a film as part of the Bell Lightbox’s Nicolas Cage retrospective. This 2010 film directed by Werner Herzog is supposed to have one of Cage’s craziest performances. Can’t wait.
