The, slightly, better reviewed film opening this week is the Judd Apatow-produced Step Brothers, which is currently 55% Fresh on Rotten Tomatoes. Not doing so well is The X-Files: I Want to Believe, which is only 29% Fresh. Either way, X-Files is the film I’ve chosen to see bad reviews or not.
A few notable independent films opening this week include the period film Brideshead Revisted (78% Fresh) and the documentary American Teen (61% Fresh).
