What I Watched – June 19-24

WhatIWatched

Movie-viewing was a little slim last week, but I still watched a few films including an unusual double feature on Saturday night (The Simpsons Movie followed by Trainspotting).

Here’s what I watched:

  • The Gate – First Viewing (Cinema) – A decent 1980s creature feature for kids.
  • Brave – First Viewing (Cinema) – A lot of people are nitpicking that it’s not good enough for a Pixar film, but I liked the differences.
  • The Simpsons Movie – Rewatch (Blu-Ray) – I sort of want to see the new Ice Age movie just for that new Simpsons short beforehand.
  • Trainspotting – Rewatch (Blu-Ray) – Two of the cast members ( and ) do voices in Brave
  • The Island President – First Viewing (Cinema) – Excellent climate change documentary.
