This week my top DVD Pick will be the political thriller State of Play (also on Blu-Ray). Even though I had to end up going to see this film twice in theatres (long story), I thought that it was a very entertaining thriller.
Also on DVD this week is the Disney nature documentary Earth (also on Blu-Ray) and the series of seemingly never ending direct-to-dvd Bring it On sequels continue with Bring it On: Fight to the Finish (also on Blu-Ray).
There are two huge Blu-Ray releases this week as both Braveheart and Gladiator are released as part of the “Sapphire Series.”
Also out this week in the high-def format are Monster, M*A*S*H, and The Girl Next Door.
